I will speak with little shorthand. You are being lied to. There are powerful forces at play that have shaped society for eons that they, the Onclaxian Kingdom do not want you to know about. It is the purpose of the Cletanist movement, as a religion and a philosophy, to take up arms against this high republic to ensure humanity's continued existence.

The Onclaxian Kingdom has, since sending their Starman (a Morbleite infused with the Stellated Octahedron), infused themself with every corner of life on Earth, mirroring their actions across the broader cosmos. Respondants on Planet Andromeda, Mars II, and Caligula all report patterns in their religion, societal structure, and destruction comparable to patterns found on Earth. It is these patterns that the High Republic aims to exploit, to skew the narrative, to drive us away from the truth. What is that truth????

That they want to conquer. The Onclax view life, including their own, as a slight against their god, Apophis. They wish to end all life in the universe as a way to free Apophis from the "burden" inflicted upon him by the goddess, Elaneth.

Elaneth is the creator of sentient life. She created the Morbleites first, gifting them a leader they dubbed "The Bohemian," though The Bohemian was quickly slaughtered by Elaneth's other creations, leading to the formation of the Onclaxian Empire. The Onclaxian Empire would attempt to communicate with various other gods, learning their secrets, learning their stories, and they were quickly manipulated by Apophis. They were warped into a maniacal, genocidal monstrosity overnight, one that used the common Motifs found throughout lifeforms across the galaxy and exploited them to bring about their own nefarious ends.

One day, a high ranking Onclaxian recieved what she called A Transmission from a powerful goddess named Vivere. Vivere opened this Onclaxian's mind, transforming her into the figure we now known as an Oracle. Oracles had an express purpose -- They held the gift of SIGHT. They could see straight through The High Republic's lies and, not only that, held the power to give the gift of sight to those who would listen. They held a divine, feminine beauty and were designed to be leaders and caregivers.

Oracles were planted across various planets in response to the spread of Starmen (idols meant to guide those with sight AWAY from discovering the High Republic's plans), with the most notable of which being the entity referred to as 008. 008, for the uninitiated, was a child who grew up in the horrid conditions of the USHSA (an organization under the Onclaxian Empire's control) and was selected by Vivere to be an Oracle. But 008 was not like an ordinary Oracle... 008 was deeply troubled. Deeply hurt by the High Republic's actions in ways that were not comparable to the High Republic's other victims. 008 went mad, though not before leaving behind a journal.

Cletanism is not possible without 008. Our foundational texts are the ramblings of a madman. Our beliefs are derived from parting the mad and the mundane to find the only golden nuggets of truth that you have ever read.
